Forum Membership 2010

Hi Girls,

Just a reminder to say that membership of the Forum is dependant upon membership of the Manchester Concord, and 2010 fees are now due.

If you have not already re-joined for this year you can do so any Wednesday night at the Rem or if that is difficult it is now possible to pay via PayPal at http://www.manchesterconcord.org.uk/howitruns.htm or to post a cheque for £6 payable to Concord Wednesday Club to the following address:-

Manchester M1 3LZ

Please include your membership number and Femme name as well.

As last year I am not going to throw everybody off the forum - just yet :!:

I plan to wait until the end of February and then I'll get together with Elaine and see who has not re-joined and de-activate their membership which can easily be re-activated as soon as they rejoin.

You can all help me if you would by adding your MC membership number to your profiles if you have not already done so. It helps me in tying the MC & Forum memberships together. To do this go to your " User Control Panel", click on "Profile" and then add it to the bottom of the page.

So, please get those fees in if you have not already rejoined and save me some work 8-)

Hi Everybody,

If you haven't already re-joined MC for 2010 can I ask you to do so a.s.a.p.

I have a few quiet days next week so I'll be looking to see who I have to de-activate from the forum for a while,

Unfortunately, due to other things going on, it's taken me longer than planned to sit down and see who has not re-joined and who I need to de-activate from the forum.

This has been made harder as this year we have over 50 forum members who have yet to re-join Manchester Concord (as at the time of the AGM).

Last year with 15-20 people I wrote to each one individually but with this many I am not proposing to do the same so please take this as notice that your forum account will be de-activated in the next few days if you have not re-joined MC for 2010.

Please note that once I have done this I obviously need to keep an eye out for those who subsequently re-join but, with so many, it's easy to miss the odd one. So, if you do get de-activated and then re-join but do not get re-activated on the forum straight away please forgive me and drop me a line at forum[at]manchesterconcord[dot]org[dot]uk,
