Hi

I am new on the forum and didn't know it existed until my tv maid told me. I also hope not to be told off for 'spamming' as I would appreciate your feedback on my new idea please.

My Maid and I are thinking about hosting paid, elegant, cocktail style gown, Ladies' Dinner Party Nights. The whole idea is to be greeted and treated like royalty. Starting with a champagne reception and followed by a leisurely three course meal by a roaring log fire. The idea is to relax, mingle and be served at my Country House located in completely private, beautiful surroundings.

My partner is a photographer and would be happy to take an hour out to capture the moment in the grand hallway for guests whom would like a keepsake of the night.

I can not provide any further details yet as I am still planning the menu and dates. I would roughly like to hostess the first party during March. I thought I would see if there would be any interest before setting a firm date and printing ads etc.

I have enough room to comfortably host 12 guests, with facilities to change in or I am private enough for you to drive to me.

I am based in the North if anyone is interested. However for privacy I will not be posting my exact location on the forum.

Hi Samantha,

Great!

I will be posting more details and pictures soon. I have just read the forum rules and I need to be a member on this forum, I believe by visiting the Concord Club to join, before being allowed to post pictures.

For anyone who is interested, in the meantime, I have a thread on transliving http://www.transliving.org.uk/forumdisplay.php?14-Introductions-Celebrations whereby you can see some pictures of my venue.

Lambkins xx
